Planning - Risk Assessment
Potential Hazard
Who is at risk?
Preventative Methods
Risk Potential (likelihood)
Running down a steep slope which he could lose his
balance, trip over or fall in to the gorge.
Ollie
Walk slowly, take as much care while walking down.
High
Filming on the top of a steep slope on a wet
surface.
James (Camera man)
Place the camera further away from the hill whilst
on the tripod and zoom in to get the shot we want.
Medium/High
Running at the bottom of the hill and which runs
onto a large area of gravel. Because it was on a wet surface, Ollie can
easily slip over due to the lack of grip from his shoes.
Ollie
Slow down and take care smoothly whilst running onto
the area of gravel.
